I'm organising a local Gratitude Group in my area. The purpose of the group is to help people to focus on what is good in their lives (and not focus on the not-so-good). There are lots of benefits in purposeful gratitude, including improved health, relationships, and abundance. It's only natural that if you look at life from an awe perspective, you'll walk tall with a smile so big that people will wonder what you've got that they haven't. Be grateful for small things and you'll find more great things will be drawn to you like metal filings to a magnet. As Mike Dooley from 'The Secret' says, "Thoughts become things". I couldn't have said it better.
I'm expecting that the group will become popular and need to be split into many small intimate groups as it gains momentum.
Do you have an example of how something good has come your way as a result of being purposefully grateful? I'd love to share your story with my Gratitude Group to inspire them, particularly those who feel there is no way to get out of the hole they feel trapped in.
Today I'm grateful for:
The existence of blogs so I can share with you
My beautiful granddaughter who's growing her smarts very quickly
My old black cat and the people who didn't want to keep her any more
Great friends who love me unconditionally
My partner who helps me with tech stuff and provides for me
The sweetest watermelon I've even tasted
My close proximity to the ocean, living in the best place on earth
Trees. I love trees. Some of them are simply awesome, aren't they?
My wish for you is that you can find things to be grateful for; and gain a better understanding of Cosmic Consciousness, and in doing so, raising it.
Have an awesome day!

Hey Bob,
Thanks for the encouragement. Sorry I haven't posted for so long - thankfully my absence is due to having fun taking care of the grandkids. I'll be posting regularly again now. Have an awesome day, week, month....
